In Celebration of Suffolk
Private View - Friday 9th May 6.00pm - 8.00pm
After many years of being an international art dealer, Lucy Charles is delighted to be returning to the county where her heart truly belongs. In celebration of the opening of our new gallery we ask you to join us at our beautiful location in the Coastal Suffolk Countryside. We present a mixed exhibition which brings together a diverse array of pieces that celebrate the variety of nature to be found in our region and beyond. Through these works, artists navigate what the countryside and nature means to them, from the exploration of huge Suffolk skies to the careful observation of tiny bird’s nests. The exhibition features both Modern and Contemporary works of art.

In Bloom
Dora Maar, Oil on Canvas, c.1950
Private View Friday 4th July 2025 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Come and celebrate Summer with us as we showcase works by leading artists which will prove to be a riot of colour and give you inspiration for your garden. We will be exclusively featuring the works of one of Britain's leading Botanical artists alongside the participation of the gallery in support of the Open Gardens scheme and local Flower Festivals. Other works featured taken their inspiration from Henri Matisse and include works by a notable French artist and gorgeous pieces of handblown glass made in the depths of the Southern French countryside and inspired by the Cyprus trees that grow there. Works will be in a variety of mediums including watercolours and oil on board. Rich and juicy colours fit to eat. The exhibition will feature works by both Modern and Contemporary artists.

The Glory of Travel
Hilary Dymond, Oil on Canvas, 2011
Private View Friday 22nd August 2025
As the year slows turns and we find ourselves heading to late Summer and drifting towards Autumn often our thoughts are on travel in the later part of the year. Before you reach for your passports, we seek to inspire your choice of destination in our presentation of a spectacular array of works from notable destinations in the South of France, Italy and Morocco. The shimmer of the heat of far flung destinations juxtapose with the sense of calm and contemplation. We are excited to showcase a variety of rich works by notable Contemporary artists who have travelled extensively themselves to bring their travels home onto canvas. These works have never been seen in the United Kingdom previously and we are excited to share these new to market pieces with you, some in a much larger format. The exhibition will feature works by both Modern and Contemporary artists.
